This project's page has been updated to the new site layout. It was one of a handful of projects that have lingered with the old layout for quite some time. The need for an Octal radix seems evident, as well as the misspelling of Hexadecimal.

There is a Quantum Random Bit Service that serves random numbers generated by a quantum device. This particular service seems to currently have a hardware failure. If they get back up to speed, I'd like to make a project to interface with their service.
