Posted build 2. Finished implementing all features for Microsoft Windows operating systems, but did only minimal platform testing (mostly on Windows Vista). Built a binary package(zip) and posted code snapshots in various packages.

Implemented most features. Should work on Windows. Committing changes was not tested.
